Privacy policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This website presents Laurent Levy. It collects personal data only if you use the contact form. This page explains what is collected, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
Data controller
Laurent Levy, reachable at contact@laurent-levy.com.
Data collected
When you write through the form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- the subject (optional) and the text of your message;
- your IP address, used only to limit abusive submissions (see below).
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used only to reply to you. It relies on your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form before sending. It is not used for marketing, advertising or profiling.
Recipients
Your message is emailed to Laurent Levy and, as a blind copy, to the agency that builds and maintains the site (Tobeweb). Delivery is handled by our provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, a French company), acting as a processor. We never sell or rent any data. The site is hosted by TOBEWEB on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
Abuse protection
To limit automated submissions, the server keeps for one hour a counter linked to an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address. No IP address is stored in clear text by the form. The web server also keeps the usual technical logs (IP address, requested page, date).
Retention
Your message stays in the recipients’ mailboxes for as long as needed to handle your request, then is deleted when no longer useful. The form does not store any message on the site’s server.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics tool and no advertising tracker. Your accessibility settings are stored only in your browser. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no request is sent to third-party services when you visit. Links to other websites (social networks, group sites) are governed by the policy of each of those sites.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@laurent-levy.com. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL; in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).
Changes
This policy may change; the update date is shown at the top of the page.
